If you are not on Twitter…
by admin
Twitter has become my #1 tool for hearing about new ideas, websites, books and getting a sense of what’s up with friends and people I think have something to say. I hate the “Gee, I’m having coffee at the coolest Starbucks in Kingfisher, Oklahoma…”
Here is a video link from Ray Hollenbach where Twitter is entering the classroom. Ray is one of those guys I read because he is usually sharing some well digested thoughts.

cool stuff … thanks

You must be following more interesting people than I have found on Twitter. How do you get past the “I’m drinking coffee” tweets
joe
Joe – I’ve gotten some of those tweets. Typically what I do before I hit the follow button is scan their tweets to see if they have anything go to say. I also use Tweetie – a great tool that makes scanning tweets very easy and quick.
This is fascinating. My how things have changed since I was in college back in the sixties. Certainly the professors are A LOT better looking!!
I am kind of like Joe in that on both Twitter and Facebook I find people posting stuff about which I could care less. I will have to try the “Tweety Bird”.
